The sales tax rate is on all non titled items is based on the county in which the item is purchased. All equipment over 50 HP has additional 1.5% heavy equipment tax. Vehicle/trailer tax rate of 6.25% will be charged on all items in which the title is transferred by Machinery Auctioneers.
